  • How do I place an order?

    Click on the item you wish to purchase, select size and quantity then add it to your shopping cart by clicking “ADD TO CART”. Open your shopping cart by clicking “VIEW CART”. Proceed to the “CHECK OUT” page, where you will fill in your personal information, choose the shipping method and pay for the order. Make sure you complete all the steps in the payment procedure so the transaction is properly processed.

  • How do I choose the right size?

    There are four different sizes to choose from. The bracelets are not adjustable, so please make sure that you choose the correct size.

    The wrist measurement specify the circuit of your wrist. For example, if your wrist is 17.5 cm, your size is S. If you are between two sizes, for example 18 cm, we suggest the larger size.

  • Where can I provide the promotional code?

    When you click “CHECK OUT” in your shopping cart, you will see information about your order in the right column. Enter your code in the “Discount” field and click “Apply”.

    If you are shopping on a mobile platform you have a discount field at the top when you have reached the payment section

  • Why haven’t I received a order confirmation?

    When you have placed an order and finished the payment process, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within a couple of minutes. It is important to make sure that the e-mail you entered is correct.

    Do not place a new order before going through these two steps below:

    Step 1: Please check among the spam emails. If you cannot find the e-mail there you can move on to step two.

    Step 2: Contact Thor of Sweden´s customer support. Send an email with your name to support@thorofsweden.com so that the support team can check if the order has been registered in the system. You can also use the Contact form to contact the support team.

  • How do I change my order, Can I do it after I have received the completion e-mail?

    Once you have received the completion e-mail we are unable to make any changes. If you notice anything wrong with your order please contact support@thorofsweden.com

  • When will my order be shipped and how long does it take until I receive it?

    We always strive to ship out all orders as soon as possible. First you get a order confirmation e-mail and then you will get a completion email once it is shipped. The delivery time depends on our shipping company PostNord. Our shipping takes in average about 4-10 business days from the day of the completion day. The number of days depend on the distance to your country, sometimes the shipping will take more than 10 business days if your country is far away. We ship the bracelets from Stockholm, Sweden.

  • Will the package be delivered to my address?

    The package is delivered to the shipping address entered when purchasing the bracelet. The package is small and fits into your mail box.

  • I have not received my order, what should I do?

    First you get a order confirmation e-mail and then you get a completion e-mail once the order is shipped. If the number of working days have passed from the day you received the completion e-mail, contact the support team by sending an email to support@thorofsweden.com or use the Contact form.

    If the maximum number of working days has not passed yet from the day of the completion e-mail, we ask for your patience.

  • Which countries do you ship to?

    We ship worldwide.

  • What payment methods do you offer?

    You can either pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal. We accept all major cards like VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

  • Do I need to pay any additional fees and taxes?

    If your country is part of the European Union there should be no additional fees and taxes. Non-EU countries could have their own laws and regulations. Please contact the customs in your country for information about additional fees and taxes.

  • What is your Exchange policy?

    We offer a 30 day exchange period. Send an email to support@thorofsweden.com or use the Contact form and we will assist you with the exchange.

  • Are the bracelets waterproof? Are the bracelets scratch resistant?

    Yes, our bracelets are waterproof but like all other fine jewellery we recommend that you avoid water, especially salt water for longer usage.

    Regarding scratches. As all jewelery you have to use the bracelets carefully. We use precious metals as silver, gold, rose gold and rhodium which are rather soft metals.

  • Is there any official store where I live?

    For the moment Thor of Sweden only provide bracelets online.
